Complete loading dock product line and services. Dock levelers, seals & shelters, lifts, and safety equipment. Installation and 24 hour emergency service.

In the event you find the cost of forming a concrete pit/pad expensive, an economical solution is a LoMaster™ S-Series Semi-Portable Dock Lift. The unit is installed at the dock face and mounted on locating cradles and wear plates. With its extremely low profile, the LoMaster™ S-Series provides added versatility for ground level loading or unloading operations.

Available in rated capacities of 4,000 to 6,000 lb (1,818 to 2,727 kg)

ANSI MH30.3 tested and approved, the StrongArm™ SVR303 is a low-profile, non-impact design with a rotating arm that seeks a trailer’s ICC bar via a patented, switchless technology.

Once engaged, it uses 35,000 lb (15,909 kg) of restraining force to secure the truck to the dock. Dual-acting hydraulic cylinders prevent lock-up and release problems.

The Intelligent Positioning System (IPS) constantly communicates the location of the restraint arm via a network that enables the integrated lights communication system to accurately display safety conditions at the loading dock.

Blue Giant U-Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers are high-performance systems that operate at the touch of a button. Strategically welded steel beams maximize deck strength and improve product longevity.

Hydraulic deck cylinders increase operating efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements, resulting in a lower cost of ownership compared to mechanical dock levelers. Independent lip control is available for all models, decreasing both cycle time and energy use. Biodegradable oil available.

Superior quality, ease of operation, and advanced safety features make the Blue Giant U-Series Hydraulic Dock Leveler an ideal choice for increased productivity at the loading dock.

Designed to suit 8′ x 8′ door openings, the BGDSF creates a tight, energy-efficient seal that keeps the loading dock area clean and safe while cargo handling takes place. It is a recommended solution when full access to the back of the trailer is not required.

After the trailer is positioned at the dock, two side pads and one head pad, all constructed from 99% memory foam, eliminate the gap between the building wall and the vehicle. Standard units seal trailers 12′ to 13′ high on a typical 4′ dock height.

Designed to seal 8′ wide x 10′ high door openings that accommodate a broad range of trailer heights. Two foam side pads close the gap between the building wall and the trailer while an adjustable foam head pad creates a tight seal at the top.

A torsion spring with an integral follower curtain ensures airtight protection throughout the cargo handling process. Standard units seal trailers 11′ to 13.5′ high on a typical 4′ dock height.

Designed to suit door openings from 8′ W x 10′ H (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm) to 9′ W x 10′ H (2,743 mm x 3,048 mm), the Head Curtain Dock Seal is designed to securely seal higher door openings.

The header curtain has a built-in rope and pulley system that can be raised and lowered to match varying trailer heights, keeping outdoor contaminants out and conditioned air in.
