Dock seals and dock shelters keep debris and contaminants out of your bay, and maintain the inside air conditioning and environment. Full installation.

Designed to suit 8′ x 8′ door openings, the BGDSF creates a tight, energy-efficient seal that keeps the loading dock area clean and safe while cargo handling takes place. It is a recommended solution when full access to the back of the trailer is not required.

After the trailer is positioned at the dock, two side pads and one head pad, all constructed from 99% memory foam, eliminate the gap between the building wall and the vehicle. Standard units seal trailers 12′ to 13′ high on a typical 4′ dock height.

Designed to seal 8′ wide x 10′ high door openings that accommodate a broad range of trailer heights. Two foam side pads close the gap between the building wall and the trailer while an adjustable foam head pad creates a tight seal at the top.

A torsion spring with an integral follower curtain ensures airtight protection throughout the cargo handling process. Standard units seal trailers 11′ to 13.5′ high on a typical 4′ dock height.

Designed to suit door openings from 8′ W x 10′ H (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm) to 9′ W x 10′ H (2,743 mm x 3,048 mm), the Head Curtain Dock Seal is designed to securely seal higher door openings.

The header curtain has a built-in rope and pulley system that can be raised and lowered to match varying trailer heights, keeping outdoor contaminants out and conditioned air in.

Blue Giant Metal Canopies come in two rust-proof model types: one for loading docks and the other for man doors. Loading dock canopies make the process of loading and unloading dry and efficient while man door canopies protect employees and visitors by keeping building entrances safe and dry.

The Blue Giant Rain Shroud can be retrofitted to your existing unit to keep rain water out of the loading dock area.

A foam wiper blade design creates a tight seal against the top of the trailer to keep rain water out of the loading dock area. This economical design is virtually maintenance-free with no mechanical parts to wear out.

Designed to suit door openings up to 10′ W x 10′ H (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Stationary Shelter uses flexible fabric curtains to enclose a trailer’s top and sides while providing full access to the interior.

Wear flaps reinforce the head curtain at contact areas, and the bottom 24″ (610 mm) of the side curtain are reinforced with double fabric layers for added durability. Replaceable foam draft pads seal additional gap between the trailer and the building.

Designed to suit door openings up to 10′ W x 10′ H (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Retractable Shelter provides full access to the rear of the trailer while creating a tight seal against the top and rear. The collapsible frame is designed to retract upon impact, reducing pressure against the curtains and extending the life of the unit.

Designed to suit door openings up to 10′ W x 10′ H (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Full Access Dock Seal allows trucks to back through the vertical pads, forming a tight seal.

The Velcro split head curtain is raised and lowered on top of the truck, allowing full access to the interior.

Designed to suit door openings up to 10′ W x 10′ H (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Foam Frame Shelter enables unrestricted access to the interior of a truck, making it an ideal solution for tailgate or standard trailers.

It has no mechanical or adjustable parts, preventing complications arising from conventional seals and shelters.

Generally designed to accommodate 10′ wide by 10.5′ high (3,048 mm x 3,200 mm) door openings, the HingeMasterâ„¢ is a full-access dock shelter with superior sealing efficiency.

When barn-style trailer doors are open, the hinge gap around the sides creates the spatial equivalent of a 2 ½ square foot opening in the building wall. The HingeMaster™ J-hooks seal off this negative space, preventing debris entry and loss of conditioned air. The result is a tight top-to-bottom side seal that does not limit access to the trailer interior.
