It’s a shelter with interchangeable polypropylene J-hooks, a 21-inch projection, a pressure-treated lumber head unit measuring 140 inches wide with a 36-inch head curtain, two vertical foam side pads with removable curtains, and replaceable foam bottom pads for easy maintenance.
What do door and dock metal canopies and dock rain shrouds do?
The metal canopy is 18-gauge galvanized steel with a 3-inch by 3-inch rain gutter and three support gussets (optional snow load support, custom sizes available) that shields a door or dock opening from weather. The dock rain shroud uses dual-density, 99%-memory foam and a wide storage curtain to add extra weather protection at the dock.
Are dock seals and shelters designed for easy maintenance?
Yes — several use removable curtains and replaceable foam pads. The HingeMaster shelter has replaceable foam bottom pads and removable curtains on its foam side pads, and the Foam Frame Dock Shelter also uses a removable-curtain design.
