The ML10 is a mechanical restraint, 10 ¾” above grade, securing ICC bars from 11″ to 26″ with 30,000 lb of restraining force and an easy-grip control rod so staff can engage or release it from the dock without bending or lifting. The SVR303 is hydraulic and low-profile at 8″ above grade, securing ICC bars from 8″ to 26″ with double-acting hydraulic cylinders rated for wet or flooded conditions and 35,000 lb of restraining force. What standards do the StrongArm™ restraint systems meet?
Both units comply with NHTSA guidelines for barrier housing profile, and the ML10 also complies with the ANSI MH30.3 standard. How does PosiLock™ securing technology work?
PosiLock™ is a mechanical locking system that holds the trailer’s ICC bar in place without applying damaging pressure to the deployment mechanism, used on both the ML10 and SVR303. Can a vehicle restraint be left locked overnight for theft prevention?
Yes. The StrongArm™ ML10 can be left in the locked position overnight to help discourage trailer theft in addition to preventing premature departure during loading and unloading. What wheel chock options are available and are they OSHA compliant?
